How do I book a villa?
The process starts with an inquiry. Once availability is confirmed, we send a formal proposal. A deposit is required to secure the dates, with the balance due 60 days before arrival.
Can you help with flights and transportation?
While we don’t book international flights, we provide seamless luxury airport transfers and can arrange private jet handling if required.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, most villas have a 3-5 night minimum stay during low season and 7 nights during peak holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by villa but generally involve a non-refundable deposit. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all our guests.
